DEATHS OF AGED PERSONS.
The corrected number of deaths of parishioners at 60
years of age and upwards that were registered during last
year was 464. The number of these deaths last yesr was
equal to 25.7 per cent, of the total deaths of parishioners
registered. The percentage of deaths of persons at 60
years of age and upwards in London last year was equal
to 23.8 per cent, of the total deaths registered. This
death rate was, therefore, 19 per cent. less in London
than in this Parish. The higher the death rate at 60
years of age and upwards as compared with the total
deaths the more favourable is the indication.
