Lists of outworkers have to be sent twice yearly to the Factory Inspector

following occupations are carried on :—
The manufacture of articles of wearing apparel.
The manufacture of electro-plate.
Cabinet and furniture making and upholstering work.
The manufacture of files.

It is desirable that these lists should be re-arranged into lists of outworkers

of the Home Office and sent to the Medical Officers of Health of the
respective districts.
Processes in which yellow chromate of lead is used have been added to
the list of those previously certified by the Home Secretary to be dangerous

regulations.
