Inspector of the district. However I do not anticipate any friction
and I have been assured by Mr. Gould, H.M. Superintending Inspector
of Factories that every assistance in the power of the department
will be given to Sanitary Authorities in carrying out the requirements
of this very complicated and unwieldy Act of Parliament.
