HOUSE TO HOUSE INSPECTIONS.
As will be seen by the following list the Inspectors
throughout the year have persevered with
their house to house inspections, and I may perhaps
be allowed to add, in my opinion this systematic
inspection must have a beneficial effect in keeping
the district in a sanitary condition, in discovering
and remedying nuisances which are found to exist,
and must tend to improve the health of the
inhabitants.
The house to house inspections were as
follows: —
Strathnairn Street
Kipling Street
Monnow Road
Javen's Buildings
New Place
Neckinger Street
Paulin Street
Alice Street
Fort Road
Parker's Building's (twice)
Royal Oak Yard
Wood's Place
Freda Street
Cherry Garden Street
