As this is the last meeting of the Vestry with
which I have been associated as a member or an
officer for a period of 27 years, I hope it will not
be out of place for me as the senior officer, to thank
the Board for the courteous attention which the
suggestions of the Sanitary Staff have at all times
received, and at the same time to express my conviction
that, whatever party may have been in
power, the Sanitary Laws have been invariably
administered with the strictest justice and impartiality.
