About 180 feet of 12-in pipe sewer was laid in
Smith Street, in place of a defective brick sewer
which passed under the areas on the west side of
Smith Street, between Percival Street and Cyrus
Street.
About 25 feet of 9-in pipe sewer was relaid in
St. Helena Place.
About 190 feet of 12-in pipe sewer was relaid in
Emmens Buildings and James Gardens.
