The cow-houses and slaughter-houses were inspected by a Subcommittee
of the Works and General Purposes Committee and
Medical Officer of Health prior to licenses being renewed in October
last, and a list of the retail bakehouses under inspection in Chelsea
forms a separate Appendix.
