3. With regard to smoke nuisance, I have kept observation
on factories and other places used for trade purposes, but with
the exception of one or two cases I have seen nothing for my
interference.
4. The dust has been collected in accordance with the
Board's regulations, and very few complaints have been received.
5. The Bakehouses and Cowhouses have been visited, the
whole of which are in a satisfactory condition. [see list over]
