Oswald Stoll
To pay to the Board the sum of £400 by way of contribution
towards the cost of an Improvement to be
effected by the Board opening up the northern end of
Watson Street, Deptford, by carrying through that
street, as a public thoroughfare, into Douglas Street,
and for that purpose acquiring the two houses known
as Nos. 50 and 50a, Douglas Street, situate at, and
immediately adjoining the narrow passage known as
Watson's Avenue; also to dedicate to the use of the
public, and for that purpose to demolish any buildings
upon, the piece of land lying on the east side of Watson
Street, and shewn coloured blue on the plan annexed
to the Contract; also to form a passage, shewn coloured
yellow on the said plan, connecting Watson Street with
Charles Street; the Board, on its part, to pave, drain,
take over and for ever afterwards maintain the said
passage free of expense to the adjoining owners, and
to permit the persons having stables abutting on the
said passage ingress and egress for their carts.

Erecting a dwarf wall and iron fencing in portions of
South Street and Greenwich Road, Greenwich, and for
other works in connection therewith, in accordance
with the plan and specification.

John Mowlem Burt, William Robert Freeman, and George
Burt
Paving with new Aberdeen granite cubes the roadway of
a portion of the Creek Road, in the Parish of Saint
Nicholas, Deptford, and laying a Guernsey granite flat
kerb channel on both sides of such cube paving.
