The original institution was on the north side of Upper Moorfields, called Windmill Hill, facing Worship Street. Following the expiry of the lease it was transferred into new, larger premises at Old Street
Consists of the report of the general committee, the report of the physicians and medical superintendent (A.J. Sutherland, Henry Monro, Henry Stevens), financial statements (Henry Francis Shaw Lefevre), statistical tables and tables of post-mortem appearances.
