Block plan of Buildings and Retreat Estate 2. Ground plan 3. First Floor plan 4. Attic plan 5. Letter from Joseph Quarton to Robert Baker: Pollard and Show are doing the plans for the Retreat, they are in the North Eastern Railway Company’s Engineer’s Office and will possibly do them for less than £10, undated [1874]
