Description

Here, the same type of information is summarised as in RET 3/2/5/4 and 3/2/5/5, but the size and format of the volume is different, and the incidental detail is less, with items noted under their respective accounts, and referred to by name of tradesman rather than specifying items or services. No detail of staff numbers; however for 31 March 1902 and 31 March 1903 there are details of farm stock in hand. Patients' accounts, which name patients, are throughout analysed in detail with columns for type of items charged Folio numbers of General Ledger (prefixed with 'C' or 'D') are given
