Letters from E R Henry, Inspector General of Police, Bengal, to Galton regarding measurement, identity and fingerprints. Includes a draft of a letter from Galton to Henry and notes by Galton on a visit by Henry to the Anthropological Laboratory. Also includes a report titled "Note on Finger Impressions" by E R Henry dated 1895 recomending the use of fingerprints as identification; and a report by Henry dated 1896 on the progress of the anthropometric systems for identifying individuals.
