Contains tabulated statistical data on adult patients with Down's syndrome, seven copies of a draft typescript by Penrose titled "A note on the possibility of a new treatment for leukaemia", and correspondence regarding the collection of data from patients, and the results of tests. Patients were taken from Harperbury Hospital and Cell Barnes Hospital in Hertfordshire.
