Correspondence between St. Lawrence's Hospital and Penrose, consisting of 7 letters, regarding dermatoglyphic analysis of prints from the mother of a Down's syndrome child and a three year old girl with congenital heart disease and Hirschsprung's disease, and arrangements for taking a skin specimen from the three year old patient. Also includes palm prints for the patient with Hirschsprung's disease, and her parents.
