About this work

Description

Renwick was asked to referee a paper by Professor Robert C Elston et al titled 'A Possible Linkage Relationship between bloodgroups and schizophrenia or other psychoses'. This file contains correspondence between Renwick, Professor Bob C Elston of the Department of Biostatistics and the Genetics Curriculum at the School of Public Health, University of North Carolina, and the editor of Behaviour Genetics. As Renwick pointed out in his report to the editor, he and Elston had very different approaches to human linkage. It was agreed that Renwick would write a note for Behavior Genetics commenting on Elston's methods, to which Elston would then reply. The exchange was published in vol 3, no. 3 (1973), 317-318 (copy included).
