Letters and papers relating to the charitable status of the Committee, and the amendment of the Objects and Constitution of the PIC in order to register as a charity under the Charities Act 1960, 25 Jan 1939 - c.2002. Includes a copy of the Certificate of Charitable Status by the Charity Commission, and copies of letters agreeing that the PIC is established for charitable purposes.
