Below the title are the letters 'M D C' and under these 'M C' in a decorated italic: on the verso and on the half-title to the 'Register', the same initials are repeated. But these may all be later additions. The spine is lettered 'Arznei Buch. MDCXLVI Coloniae Allo[brogorum]', though the t.p. is dated 'M D C', but this is possibly an uncompleted figure. Outside the upper cover 'Nils Torpson 1875'. Produced in [Cologne?].
