Summary

All volumes comprise lists of signatures of attendees, except F.1/9 which is a register. They show attendance at Council, Annual, Annual Provincial and Ordinary General meetings, and at meetings of standing, short-term and special committees and sub-committees as well as some conferences, deputations, courses, and (F.1/9 only) Groups.

These books provide evidence of a large number of short-term committees. Minutes have not survived for all the committees (compare with Section D).

Given that minutes of committees are lacking for 1920-1931, F.1/5-6 provide important evidence of those that existed during this period. The attendance books actually indicate that many of the standing committees that existed in the previous ten years, such as Finance and Journal, House and Library, Legal and Parliamentary, and Finance Sub-Committee, no longer met.
