Receipt-Book, Italian: 16th century

Collection of medical receipts in Italian and Latin. (Incomplete.) Fol. 88 is doubled in the original foliation. The headings seem to have been added by a different, and somewhat later hand.

Early 16th century

1 volume 68 ll. 16mo. 11 x 8 cm. On vellum and paper, original vellum binding. Ff. 1-4, 7-9, 11, 31-59, are wanting, and the last five leaves are bound in wrong order.

The papers are available subject to the usual conditions of access to Archives and Manuscripts material, after the completion of a Reader's Undertaking.
