Horlacher, Johann Heinrich

Rezept-buch. Containing medical receipts and prescriptions, by several hands. The section ff. 127-216 is prefaced by an inscription on fol. 126v 'Diese Recep [sic] sein alle von der balbierer ausz sein buch da Er in Chreilsheim war'. The next section, ff. 217-226, is entitled (fol. 216v) 'Unterschiedliche Recep [sic] von den H. Valdschere von der holsteinischen [sic]'. On fol. 74 the following names are scribbled 'Johann Michael Keller', 'Georg Philipp Horlacher, Baader Gesell in Hospitall Baad in Creil[sheim] 1755', 'Johann Georg Fischer. Creilsheim', the same 'in Lautenberg'. Fischer's signature again is found twice on fol. 380v, once in Greek letters, with date 1757. On fol. 383 'Johann Caspar Horlacher 1736', repeated on the verso and inside the lower cover.

The compiler of this collection appears to have been J. H. Horlacher, whose name with date 1683 is written inside the upper cover.
