Description
A collection of medical and cookery receipts, with additions by later hands: in English. The name 'Geo. Sloper 1864' is inscribed outside the upper cover, his name, and date 1872 are written on the verso of the first leaf. An entry on the verso of the third leaf from the end is dated 1810.

1 volume 18 ll. (last 2 bl.). + 159 pp. + 7 ll. 4to. 20 × 16 cm. Original rough calf binding. A number of leaves have been cut out at the end.
