Recueil de recettes; mainly in French, but with some entries in German, and a few additions by other hands. The main collection contains a few veterinary receipts, and the other section (29 pp.), beginning at the other end of the volume, consists of miscellaneous receipts. Produced in Sur.

Purchased 1932.

The name of the compiler is perhaps found on p. 76, where a receipt ends 'Fait à Sur ce 9 avril 1781. E Allia D.M.' This is the earliest date found in the MS., and 1821 on p. 90 is the latest.
