Description
The recipes are written in two hands, those on pp.1-96 mainly in a single hand, and those on pp.97-156 a mixture of the two. There is no indication of the authors' names or dates beyond the annotations 'Godfrey' on p.7 and '1723' on p.115.
The volume contains a loose recipe for the jaundice dated 1816.
There is an index at pp.157-162.
