Cookery-books: 18th/19th cent.

Collection of cookery and medical receipts: by several hands. The original compilation seems to have been at the end of the 18th cent., the date 1787 is found on p. 31 of the medical section (132 pp.).

1 volume 5 ll. + 186 pp. + 15 ll. last bl.. + 132 pp. + 4 ll. 4to. 191/2 x 16 cm. Original half-vellum binding: back defective. A leaf has been torn out at the end of the medical section.
