About this work

Description

Correspondence regarding a lecture ("DNA Yesterday and Today") delivered at a joint Meeting of the Friends of the Los Angeles County Medical Association (LACMA) and The Barlow Society for the History of Medicine, held at LACMA, Los Angeles, 21 November, 1980.

The file also contains a copy of LACMA Physician, 110: 7 (20 October, 1980), which contains an item by Elizabeth S Crahan (pp. 38-9) announcing the forthcoming lecture. Correspondence indicates that there is a subsequent article reporting on the lecture in the 22 December, 1980, issue of the same magazine, although this is not included in the file.
