Description

With the exception of a draft letter by Odile Crick and a letter received after Crick's death, this file appears to comprise 'live' material due to be filed in the appropriate series by Crick's personal assistant at the time of Crick's death. The majority of the contents date from April 2003-July 2004.

The file contains invitations; requests for interviews/quotations; request to work with Crick; requests to publish/copy works by Crick; articles sent to Crick for comment; a few manuscript notes by Crick on subjects such as the thalamus; a manuscript graph charting Crick's blood pressure, Oct-Nov 1998; correspondence with colleagues on conferences, work in progress etc.

Confidential correspondence concerning a reference written by Crick has been extracted to file PP/CRI/J/15/6.
