The file comprises:
1. A brief note (24 April, 1975, on paper headed University of Cambridge, Statistical Laboratory) to Crick from Brian D Ripley: "I have repeated my simulation experiments with randomly-oriented cell divisions, producing a very similar answer, written up with the enclosed sheets." Four attached sheets follow, two showing (divided) honeycomb lattices.
2. The remainder of the file comprises related notes and calculations (holograph, Crick's hand, one dated 24 August, 1974), including more work with honeycomb lattices.
