There are 4 groups of food displayed: yam, rice, bread; meat, fish, vegetables, vegetable soup and beans; fruits; moinmoin, eggs, red palm oil and milk - Moinmoin is a protein-rich staple food in Nigeria, a steamed bean pudding made from a mixture of washed and peeled black-eyed beans, onions and fresh ground peppers
