Headings are: Duty of commanders and masters of vessels, Duty of pilots, Duty of other persons, What vessels are liable to quarantine, Signals, List of articles considered as most liable to infection, Quarantine ports, Preliminary questions and Quarantine questions (to be put to the vessel). This was clearly issued by the British Government and is dated 1826.
