Postcard showing a pencil illustration of 'Bianka' from Italy, conjoined twins with two heads and one body below the neck. She / they is / are wearing a simple white dress, gathered at the waist. This postcard would probably have been sold as a souvenir at places where she / they was / were exhibited as part of a freak show.
