In China under the communist government in earlier years, health exercises set to music were broadcast on the radio at set times of the day. It seemed at times that the whole country ground to a halt at particular moments to gyrate and flex to official inspiring music. This work depicts 8 series of gymnastic exercises and movements devised for 7-8 year old children of both sexes. The movements were amended from time to time - thus this being the fifth series
