If facilities existed this service could be expanded to cover all sections
of the Community Services, but due to lack of space and equipment
this has not been possible. The following Council establishments and various
local voluntary organisations were assisted:-

It should be noted that the 6293 articles cleansed in respect of the
Tuberculosis Hostel at Hurlingham Lodge all received treatment in the steam
steriliser prior to laundering.
