One half of the volume has pre-printed columns for items of payment eg salaries, food, wages, clothing, farm, laundry, pensions, rents, payments in advance, new buildings etc. Other half of the volume analyses receipts eg patients' maintenance, rents, sales of farm produce, donations, legacies, Turkish Bath, sale of household stores etc Within columns only money totals and no further detail is given At the end of each section a summary of totals is given Volume marked 'Cash Analysis' on spine
