The alterations and additions comprised: proposed new boot room and lavatory at the Gentleman's Lodge, new lavatory and WC for Committee and Medical Staff, new windows on staircase, new bathroom and WC at Cottage Hospital, new sitting room at laundry, bathrooms to 4th and 5th Galleries and new alcove to 4th Gallery.
