Correspondence relating to arrangements for Haldane's participation in the 9th International Congress of Genetics, held in Bellagio, August 24-31 1953.
Also includes correspondence relating to the International Symposium on Population Genetics, which was held in Pavia, August 20-22 1953, and was organised to coincide with the International Congress of Genetics.
Includes a typescript and a manuscript copy of Haldane's closing address given at the Congress.
