About this work

Description

Pontecorvo responds to Gray's question about whether or not he would accept the job at Cambridge if it offered to him. His answer is yes, but he goes on to ask questions about salary and pension and the deadline for giving his final answer. At this stage he seems to be more in favour of moving to Cambridge than Harvard, despite Harvard offering three times his existing salary.
