Collection of medical receipts: in English. (Incomplete.) Written by the same hand throughout. A number of receipts are signed 'S.L' which may be the initials of the Compiler.

1 volume pp. 9-76. folio. 30 x 18 cm. Original boards: part of both brass clasps wanting. Pp. 1-8, 19/20, 71/72 and all after p. 76 missing: first leaf damaged and repaired, margins and corners frayed.
