Description
Collection of medical receipts and remedies in English. The text ends: 'Finutur [sic] die Feb. 19, 8.30 p.m. 1657. For W. Coleman per W.C. out of the originall of a deceased Chymist and Physitian being brother in law to W. Coleman'. On the verso of the first leaf are some astronomical notes dated 1664, 1665.

1 volume 142 ll. folio. 29 x 20 cm. Original law-calf binding. Clasps wanting. Of the 42 ll. only 25 are written on: a large number of leaves have been cut out after leaf 18, and others at the end.
