Medical receipt book. On the verso of the fly-leaf at the beginning 'M[ary] S[usan] S[elby] Lowndes'. The upper cover is inscribed on the outside 'Medical receipt Book. Mrs. R. Selby Lowndes. Bletchley'. The compiler was the wife of Richard William Selby Lowndes [1811-1892].
