Two typescript drafts, a holograph draft, and a final proof of Crick (1970), "Central dogma of molecular biology".
The file includes a letter from the editor of Nature, where the paper would be published.
In response to a note (holograph) which is included, from Crick to Sydney [Brenner], asking him to comment on the paper, Brenner replied: "I did wonder whether you should deal with the scrapie problem: i.e. the infectious agent with no nucleic acid. John Griffith wrote something in Nature a few years back!" Crick's early drafts omit reference to Griffith's paper, but reference is included parenthetically in the final paragraph of the published text.
