Description

Agreement between Ronald E Cape, Chairman of the Board, and Francis Crick, Consultant, dated 1 January, 1980. The file comprises final and earlier drafts of the agreement, a covering letter from Cape to Crick, and a letter from Crick to Fred de Hoffman.

In a letter to Cape dated 11 October, 1983 (CRI/A/4/4), Crick writes: "I have incorporated myself, for my extramural earnings, as Corticon, Inc.... My lawyer has sent to somebody at Cetus a revised contract reflecting this change."
