Description

Correspondence with Dr Aaron Klug. The file includes a letter to Crick (9 October, 1979), marked "not for publication," in which Klug discusses Rosalind Franklin's scientific contribution in the light of comments in Watson, The Double Helix. Also included are letters from Crick (2 and 11 October, 1978) referring to "two errors in my paper on the Fourier Transform of a coiled coil," and an "Internal Memo" from Klug (1 March, 1978) that considers "the arrangement of the linker DNA region and H1, under different physiological conditions ... [and] which takes into account the non-spherical nature of the platysome."
