He wouldn't give up shooting up ... so I gave him up. I don't know if he shared needles. All I know is that he shot up. That's bad enough. And he didn't care enough about me to stop. He knew we could both get AIDS, and I begged him to stop. I even asked him to get some counseling and drug treatment. I did all I could, but he just wouldn't listen. So I left.
