Upper left, the bad items (skull and alcohol) are shown in black on white. Bottom right, the good things (milk bottle and a gateway to the city of Prague) are shown in white on blue. The frontier between the two sections is an exclamation mark which has a stem in the black (bad) livery and a dot in the blue (good) livery. The lettering, the skull, the city of Prague and the bottles are linked together in the design, which is in a modernist style

The milk bottle is transparent, and through it is shown the gateway formed by the Malostranské mostecké veze (Lesser Town Bridge Towers), the towers at one end of the Charles Bridge in Prague, suggesting temperance as a gateway to life
